About the report

The report is prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards for the period 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023, which corresponds to the reporting period for the financial statements.

The Sustainability Report covers all subsidiaries, i.e. the same companies that are included in the 2023 Annual Report

The Ocab Sustainability Report is issued by the Board of Directors

The Sustainability Report is not audited by a third party.

Ocab’s first sustainability report was for 2022, making this the second in the series.

All data reported on fuel, energy, waste and climate are aggregated by organisation number and country, and are retroactively adjusted for acquisitions and divestments to ensure comparability.

In 2023, historical data were collected from the Danish and Norwegian units to recalculate the base year. As a result, it is now possible to track the annual development at both the country and Group level.
